Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donations

All donations to LIFE are voluntary contributions toward our educational initiatives. Once processed, donations are generally non-refundable.

However, a refund may be considered in these exceptional cases:

• Duplicate transaction or payment made in error.
• Unauthorized/technical error that led to an incorrect charge.

How to request: Email life.learnathon@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with amount, date, and transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.

2. Event Registrations & Paid Programs

• Full refund: Cancellations requested at least 7 days prior to the event date.
• 50% refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event.
• No refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of the event or no-shows.

Transfer to a future session may be offered at our discretion if feasible.

3. Cancellations by LIFE

If an event or program is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

4. Processing & Timelines

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment instrument. Processing times may vary based on your bank/payment gateway.
